Slow delivery and missing studs for shoes

Ordered cricket shoes for my son the description was Miss leading was expecting to get both steel spikes and plastic lugs that go in when not using spikes but only got spikes
Contact via live chat and was told they would send some out but as I needed them quickly it was not going to get to me in time and after paying extra for next day delivery was disappointed the only thing they would offer was a full refund on return which would have been what I would of done had I not needed the shoes for the next day due to my son damaging his previous pair so not the best could have at least refunded the £8 I had paid extra for the delivery or at very least changed the website so nobody else has the same problem
The live chat person was not very customer friendly ??
